Leadership & Team

Small firm, deliberately. The person who buys the land and the person who walks you across it are in the same office — and you can reach either of them.

Rakesh Giri

Founder

Founded Sai Ram Developers and leads the firm across both towns. Land buying, the terms of every layout and the decision to open a project for booking rest with him.

Oversees site operations and the handover process — the point of contact once a booking is made and up to the day the registry is done.

Manager

Handles buyer enquiries and site visits — the person who meets you at the gate, walks you across the plots and shows the corner pillars.

How we work

One point of contact, from enquiry to registry.

You will not be handed between four people. The person who takes your first call is the person who meets you at the gate, and the person who oversees handover stays with you until the registry is done.

See our office addresses

  • Enquiry — a call back the same day, usually within a few hours.
  • Site visit — at a time that suits you, including 4 am if you want to walk the temple route.
  • Papers — the full set handed to you or your advocate, before any payment.
  • Booking — refundable in full for fifteen days if you change your mind.
  • Registry — at the sub-registrar office, with the whole document set on the day.
Next step

Talk to one of us.

Tell us who is going to live there, how often you go and what you can spend. That is usually enough for us to tell you which project fits — or that none of them does.
