We buy a single contiguous holding, convert it, cast the roads, build the boundary and mark every corner — and only then open the project for booking.

That order is the whole difference. It means what you see on a site visit is what you are buying, that the title chain is short enough for your own lawyer to read in an afternoon, and that the plot registered in your name is one you could find again on your own.

Papers first

Conversion order, khatauni and approved layout handed to your own lawyer before you pay anything.

Development first

Roads cast, drainage covered, boundary continuous and utilities to each plot line before a project opens.

Demarcation before deed

Corner pillars go in and the plot is walked with you before the sale deed is executed.

Three years of upkeep

We maintain roads, drainage and lighting for three years, then hand over to a registered residents' association with the accounts.

Straight answers
